What Should I Wear?
We recommend you wear jeans that allow movement—traditional synthetic work-out pants can be too slippery for some of our machines. Shoes are off during your appointment, so please bring socks and a small hand towel for your head.
We don’t recommend shorts, dresses, belts or long jewelry.
